VOLUNTEERS
Volunteer - Overview

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Wildlife Rescue Association of BC. With the support of our dedicated volunteers, WRA cares for approximately 3,000 injured, orphaned, and pollution-damaged wild animals every year. Our objective is to return healthy animals to their natural habitats as soon as they are able to live independently in the wild, and to educate the public about urban wildlife.
Most WRA volunteers support staff in the direct care of the animals. Others assist with community events and help out in the office, habitat garden and site. Whatever your talent and interest, WRA likely has a way you can lend a hand! Click here to learn more about volunteer positions at WRA. Our comprehensive volunteer package offers a variety of volunteer opportunities and experiences.
Note: Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Check the Links page
